Exchange of Experiences

The project aims to favour the social inclusion of disabled people, encouraging stable permanence in the work place of disabled people or in social disadvantage conditions, without the employment goal.

These programmes are activated when, after a training period or other experience, we check that the severity of disability and(or lack of productivity does not permit hiring, but make feasible the permanence of the disabled person in a work place in order to maintain social-relational and operational skills.
